This workshop is a beautiful opportunity for you to engage in some meditative, creative and self-care practice, completing restoring yourself, all whilst being guided by the calming and welcoming energy of our Wildflower Meg.
The two-hour workshop will include:
✦ A Vinyasa yoga practice, including breathwork and meditation (suitable for beginners to advanced yogi's)
✦ A cooking workshop incorporating nourishing wholesome foods and learning the art of eating for good mental health and wellbeing (recipe cards and food vouchers included!)
✦ An in-depth discussion around Self-care activities and the benefits of journaling (journals included!)
This event will be run over Zoom, so please ensure you have access to a smart phone or laptop/iPad.
Wear your comfiest clothes and bring your ‘Self-care package’ which will be express posted to you prior to the day!
