This workshop is a beautiful opportunity for you to engage and explore self-care and yoga in a safe space, supported by the calming and welcoming energy of Wildflowers Zee & Meg.
The day will include:
✦ A gentle yin yoga practice, including breathwork and meditation (suitable for beginners)
✦ Journaling with prompts and optional sharing
✦ A discussion around the importance of self-care and creating a commitment to self
✦ Creating self-care products to take home
✦ Nourishing, wholesome food catered to suit all dietary requirements
✦ Lots of laughter and chats with like-minded souls
Please bring along a water bottle and ensure you are wearing comfortable clothes so you are able to move freely for our yoga practice.
