This workshop is a beautiful opportunity for your teen to engage and explore self care in a safe space, supported by the calming and welcoming energy of Wildflowers Meg & Zee.
The day will include:
✦ Vinyasa yoga practice, including breathwork and meditation (suitable for beginners to advanced yogi's)
✦ Nourishing wholesome food, a cooking workshop and nutrition education by a qualified dietitian and nutritionist
✦ Self-care activities which you can implement into your daily routine
✦ Lots of laughter and chats with like-minded souls
Please bring along a water bottle and ensure you are wearing comfortable clothes so you are able to move freely for our yoga practice.
