This online workshop will be a beautiful opportunity for you to engage and explore self-care and yoga in a safe online space, guided and supported by the calming and welcoming energy of Wildflower Zee.
The two hour workshop will include:
✦ A gentle yin yoga practice, including breathwork and meditation (suitable for beginners)
✦ Journaling, with guided prompts
✦ A discussion around the importance of self-care and creating a commitment to self
✦ Creating self-care products
Please ensure you are wearing comfortable clothes so you are able to move freely for our yoga practice, and it may be handy to have a water bottle nearby. We will post out a 'goody bag' prior to the day to accompany the online workshop so please ensure you provide the correct postal address.
