What is Groove to Grow? 

Groove to Grow is a fun, movement-based group designed to help children build stronger brains and bodies through play. Think crawling, climbing, swinging, balancing and crafts - all the things kids love, carefully designed to support coordination, focus, emotional regulation, and early learning skills.

In our small-group setting, children also practise teamwork, taking turns, sharing space, and reading social cues. With peer encouragement and lots of laughs, kids learn how to stay calm, pay attention, and feel more confident at home and school. Every session blends purposeful movement with creativity so children are learning without even realising it.

Who is Groove to Grow for?

This 8-week program is perfect for little legends who may experience:

• Difficulty with gross motor skills

• Difficulty with motor planning and coordination

• Emotional regulation challenges

• Trouble sustaining attention

• Retained primitive reflexes

• Sensory processing differences

• Difficulty with social interactions

What We Do: 

Each week has its own fun theme - animals, music, space, superheroes and more. Through targeted activities, kids explore movement, creativity, and play while strengthening essential skills.

Every session ends with something they can take home, helping them continue the learning in a way that’s easy, natural, and enjoyable. Sessions balance movement, creativity, social connection, and plenty of fun to keep kids engaged from start to finish.
