About the event

Calming Kids: Helping Little Minds Make Big Feelings Feel Safe

As kids grow, they’re constantly hit with a wave of emotions, sensations, and thoughts—some feel good, some feel tricky, and some just don’t make sense yet. Learning how to tune into these feelings, understand them, and respond in a way that helps them feel calm and safe is exactly what our Calming Kids program is all about.

What is Calming Kids?

Calming Kids is an engaging, supportive, and fun-filled 8-week program designed to help your child build self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and develop the language and tools to express themselves with confidence.
