Girls Rising - 2 day holiday Retreat

Join us over the school holidays for our 2-day Girls Rising Retreat.

⁠We have created a 2-day program that gives each young woman a chance to celebrate what makes them unique. Our goal is to create a safe and fun space that boosts their self-esteem and assists them in navigating through the tween years with confidence.⁠

Welcome to our safe and supportive environment where young girls aged 8-12 years can explore and celebrate their uniqueness, build self-esteem, navigate through the challenges of their tween years, and foster healthy relationships. Through engaging activities such as arts and crafts, body movement, and games, participants will have the opportunity to discuss important topics including identity, body image, boundaries, relationships, emotions, and communication.

Girls Rising is dedicated to helping young girls recognise, acknowledge and celebrate their own individual beauty and brilliance, supporting them to feel empowered, accepted and loved from the inside out!

Through this 2-day retreat we will facilitate:

• Engaging discussions led by experienced facilitators
• Creative arts and crafts sessions for self-expression
• Fun games and activities to build friendships and teamwork
• Safe space to share thoughts and feelings without judgment
• Take-home tools and strategies to empower you beyond the workshop

This program runs across two days within the school holidays from 10am - 1pm. All materials provided. We ask participants to bring a bottle of water and snacks.Contact our friendly team to arrange payment if you are NDIS Plan managed.
