Groove To Grow (5-8 years)

What is Groove to Grow? 

Groove to Grow is a fun, movement-based group designed to help children build stronger brains and bodies through play. Using simple activities like crawling, climbing, balancing and crafts, the group supports kids to develop coordination, focus, emotional regulation, and the foundational skills needed for learning. Because it’s run in a small group setting, children also practise important social skills - such as teamwork, taking turns, sharing space, and reading social cues - all while feeling supported and encouraged by their peers. These playful movement experiences help the brain form new pathways, making it easier for children to stay calm, pay attention, connect with others, and feel more confident at home and school.

Groove to Grow is ideal for little legends who may experience any of the following:

• Difficulty with gross motor skills

• Difficulty with motor planning and coordination

• Needing extra emotional regulation support
