Transition to High School: Confidence, Connection & Readiness

Ages 11-13 years (or those who are transitioning from year 6 to high school)

Commencing Wednesday 22nd October, 4:00pm - 4:45pm

Designed exclusively for young students on the cusp of their transition from primary school to high school. Moving up to high school is a significant milestone, and we understand that it can be both thrilling and nerve-wracking. Our program is here to make this transition as smooth and memorable as possible.
