SHIPPING POLICY

ALL LAP BLANKETS are made to order so please allow 4-5 business days to hand make your item. Then allow 5-7 business days after for delivery. Please note that sometimes due to courier issues this can be slightly longer if you are in a remote area where multiple couriers may need to get the item to your location.

 

Standard Shipping for Blankets up to 5kg within Australia - $15

Standard Shipping for Blankets 5kg and above within Australia - $18

We do not currently ship Internationally

RETURN POLICY

Blankets can be returned within 10 days of arrival for a store credit. You will receive your store credit via email once items have been received. Customer is required to pay for the return postage.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.

 

We do accept exchanges if the wrong item was sent

 

Item(s) must be unused and have tags still attached

 

Sale items cannot be returned.
