Meet Brittany
Brittany is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting children and families to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and compassion. With a deep understanding of neuro-developmental conditions, she brings warmth, curiosity, and expertise to every interaction, creating a safe and nurturing environment for her clients.
Therapeutic Philosophy
Brittany believes every child and family has a unique story worth hearing and celebrating. She values building strong, collaborative relationships where children feel seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is strengths-based and holistic, focusing on empowering families to better understand their child’s needs while nurturing their potential and wellbeing.
Approach to Care
With experience across private practice, schools, and Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), Brittany offers both therapy and diagnostic assessments tailored to each individual. She is skilled in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family therapy, and positive behaviour support. Brittany also brings a wealth of research experience through collaborations with the University of Wollongong, the Autism CRC, and Aspect, exploring autism diagnosis and effective intervention strategies.
Beyond the Therapy Room
When she’s not working with children and families, Brittany can be found curled up on an overstuffed armchair, sipping tea and escaping into a romantasy novel on an overcast day. She loves treasure hunting for antiques with her family or enjoying cute lunch dates with her daughter and best friends.
