Meet Jess, Jess is our resident Psychotherapist and Counsellor here at Wildflowers, with a focus on person centred humanistic support, authentic connection and gentle care. Jess is passionate about trauma-informed practice and the mind-body connection, and likes to work holistically with her clients utilising talk therapies, internal family systems (IFS) and somatic practices to help clients feel safe and supported to be their most vibrant authentic self!

As an ex-ballet dancer and yoga teacher, Jess adores sharing her creative and quirky side with others and weaves her creativity and intuition into her sessions to create a tailor made therapeutic experience for all client’s she works with. She incorporates her understanding of yoga philosophy, compassion, and mindfulness into her work and utilises her knowledge of the nervous system and neurological processes to support emotional regulation. Jess has experience working with a range of presentations including grief and loss, addiction, complex trauma, PTSD, domestic violence and neurodivergence. She sees her clients as a whole person, trusts their innate capacity and wisdom, and works to create a safe container for all her clients to deepen their self-compassion, integrate their traumas, and cultivate self- awareness so that they can move freely through life in an empowered and courageous way.
