Katrina is a valued member of the Wildflower team, bringing a strong administration background across disability care services and psychology. She is passionate about connecting community members with the right supports, ensuring people feel heard and supported, especially when reaching out for help feels challenging.
With her calm and reassuring presence, Katrina helps create a sense of ease from the very first point of contact, supporting clients to feel safe and welcomed as they begin their journey with Wildflower.

Katrina is deeply motivated by meaningful, people-centred work. She believes that access to the right services at the right time can make a powerful difference, particularly during periods of uncertainty or overwhelm.

Whether she is assisting with enquiries, coordinating services, or supporting the wider Wildflower team, Katrina brings a steady and calming presence to everything she does.
Beyond Work
Outside of Wildflower, Katrina is a self-proclaimed water baby. She feels most at home in the water and finds floating to be completely soul-soothing - a practice that helps her reset, recharge, and reconnect.
