Therapy Structure and Fees

In providing psychological services to you, the client, we will need to collect and record information relevant to your current situation. Information is gathered as part of the assessment, diagnosis and treatment process. It will only be seen by the psychologist and your file is securely stored digitally and regular electronic backups are created and stored in a separate secure location. You may at any stage access the material recorded in your file upon request and copying your file may incur cost.

 

Therapy Structure:

  • Depending on your individual needs, you may see your psychologist weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or on a maintenance basis.

  • Clients are usually seen on a fortnightly or weekly basis to begin with.

  • Sessions go for 50 minutes or as per individual agreement.

  • If your child is the client, the parents/guardian will attend the first session and may need to attend several others over the period of therapy.

  • However, child and adolescent clients may be required to attend sessions without parents/guardians present. If there are difficulties managing this, please speak to your psychologist in the initial assessment.

  • Aggressive behaviour and violence will not be tolerated in this practice.

 

Fees:

  • Initial Consultation: $200 (50mins)

  • Standard Consultation: $200 (50mins)

  • Support Letters and Forms: $40 (per page)

  • Completing school observations, attending meetings (school or external service) or reports: $200 (per hour)

Attendance and Cancellation 

An email and SMS reminder will be sent to you at least three days before your appointment. If you need to reschedule please contact us via email (info@wildflowerholisticservices.com), phone (02 4684 1080), or mobile (0435 121 009).

 

If you fail to cancel your appointment in due course the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • 48-hour notice – 50% of the total session fee 

  • 24-hour notice, or same day of session cancellation – 100% of the session fee

  • Failure to attend an appointment – 100% of the session fee

 

Please note: 

  • If you have cancelled twice in a row your treatment may be terminated.

  • If you have not attended your session twice in a row without notice your treatment may be terminated.

  • If you are late more than 20 minutes to your appointment without notice, this means your appointment time has been forfeited and a cancellation fee may apply.

 

*If you are seeing a clinician under WORKCOVER, the above cancellation policy applies, and our full session fee will be required.
