Ages 11-13 years (or those who are transitioning from year 6 to high school)

Commencing Wednesday 21st October, 4:00pm - 4:45pm

6 Week Program

Starting high school is a big milestone—exciting, a little daunting, and full of new experiences. Transition to High School is designed to support young students as they prepare for this next chapter, helping them build confidence, social skills, and practical strategies to navigate the high school environment with ease.

What is Transition to High School?

This engaging and supportive group program equips students with the skills and knowledge they need to feel prepared, connected, and ready to thrive. Through fun activities, interactive workshops, and real-life discussions, we help them tackle the challenges of high school head-on, so they can start this journey feeling empowered.

✔️ Navigating social dynamics and building meaningful relationships

📚 What to Expect – Navigating High School

✔️ Managing homework and study expectations

✔️ Understanding technology rules and responsibilities

✔️ Navigating homeroom, lockers, and key contact points
