In today's fast-paced world, it's more important than ever to prioritise your mental health and find positive ways to manage stress. Our Whole Living program is here to provide practical tools that seamlessly integrate into your daily routine, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with resilience. 

What awaits you in Whole Living:

Guided by a psychologist, each week unfolds with working through your workbook that you are provided with during week 1, crafted to promote self-reflection, and overall well being. The workbook is provided as a guide to get you thinking and reflecting, there is ample opportunity provided for open discussion and conversation within the group.

  • Immerse yourself in our Wildflower Holistic Therapeutic Paradigm, explore our foundational Wildflower Pillars of Health, and explore your personal values. 

  • Delve into self-awareness, unlocking the importance of introspection to understand your inner landscape.

  • Explore the profound impact of stress and identify potential drainers affecting your well being and ways you can manage these immediately. 

  • Ignite a self-care kickstart, diving into self care strategies and how to fill your bucket.

  • Dive into the influence and power your thoughts have on your life, reflecting on what's stopping you from living a whole life, whether these are tangible obstacles, fears and doubts, or self-sabotage.

  • Finish with a tea making ceremony, to close our journey with warmth and a sense of accomplishment.
